Questions agencies ask us
Can BoostYourAgency see or poach my creators?
No. Every agency only sees its own creators, and sensitive data is stored encrypted.
Do creators count as users?
No. Creators in the app are always free. You pay per agency, by the number of active creators.
What is an active creator?
A creator who is in your Backstage that month with at least one live. Whoever stops no longer counts the month after.
How fast can I start?
We set up your agency together with you: connect Backstage, pick roles, invite the team. Usually you are up and running the next day.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, monthly costs 17 percent more than a yearly contract. The first agencies get a yearly contract with an exit right in the first year.
Which languages?
The platform works in Dutch and English; the academy and creator app also in French. More languages follow per market.
Where is my data?
On servers in the European Union, with a wall between agencies.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. Export your creators, agreements and history whenever you want.
Do you take a percentage of the diamonds?
Never. A fixed price per agency. We do not want to see another agency's revenue.
Who uses it already?
Stream Performance Agency, a TikTok LIVE agency from Belgium and the Netherlands with 150 creators. In October 2026 they became a Major Agency in Belgium.
